Off season workouts are Tuesday-Thursday throughout the summer and start on Tuesday June 17th. The sessions will go from 7:00-8:30 AM. Coach Wilson will be present at all sessions unless he tells you otherwise.
There will also be summer league games every Tuesday and Thursday from June 17th-July 24th.

Fitness test: 2-mile run in 12:30, followed by a 400m (one lap) in 70 seconds. If you do not meet these standards, you will have to run another 2 mile. This second 2 mile must be run in under 18:30.
In addition to the second 2-mile run, those who do not pass the fitness test must pass the Warrior Shuttles test before playing in a game.
