The following are the major provisions of that policy:

For purposes of this definition, any activity as described in the definition upon which the initiation or admission into or affiliation with or continued membership in an organization directly or indirectly conditions shall be presumed to be forced activity, the willingness of an individual to participate in such activity notwithstanding.[1]
Coach Dom is stepping down as head coach. On top of being the leader of the program, he compiled a 29-14-2 record in 3 seasons.
Dear WC Henderson Boys Soccer Families,
This email is to inform you that I will be stepping down as the WC Henderson Boys Soccer Head Coach. I will still be a part of the program for this upcoming Fall 2022 season, but as an Assistant Coach. In my professional career I will be asked to travel more than years past, which will result in missed training sessions, games, etc. I felt stepping down as head coach was the right thing to do for the boys, and the school will replace me with a Head Coach that will be there 100% of the time.
.....
I very much look forward to this fall season and both the coaching staff and booster club will be in touch with the program soon about the summer workouts, season outlook, etc.
Thank you all!
Coach Dominic Popolizio
